Tonight I got to photograph Taylor Swift. And then one of my friends gave me their media ticket and I got to sit in an amazing seat and watch her whole show. Excited to share these photos with everyone! It actually feels like an accomplishment.

did backstage photography for a fashion show tonight, already made plans to do a shoot with three of the models there, and am going to work with one of the designers for the line she showcased tonight. i’m incredibly happy with my life right now, and the positive direction it is going in. for once i am doing something right and reaching my goals. i know there are still a lot of things i need to learn and a lot of steps left to climb, but the top is reachable - even if i can’t see it just yet.

my mothers high school friends husband sent this to me. it’s a minolta x-700, the camera i have tattooed. my first film camera that i really learned on was an x-700 my mother found at a garage sale. unfortunately, like most minoltas the shutter stopped working and i had to retire it. BUT, peter saw my tattoo and knew what camera it was and just so happened to have the same model and gave it to me. i’ve never been more excited to start shooting film again (Taken with Instagram)
