HEY SOUTH CAROLINA (or NORTH), i’m looking for models. you don’t have to be professional or even seeking a modeling career, but i would like people with SOME experience.

i’m building my editorial portfolio and need people willing to let me photograph them. if YOU or a FRIEND might be interested, please send me a message here, or shoot me an email at alexis.schwallier@gmail.com. i can not pay you, and do not expect you to pay me - but you will be able to use resized images with photo credit!

on the same note, if you are in need for a photographer, i am available for hire! i have wedding and bridal experience and my rates are reasonable (email for pricing information, we can always negotiate if you have a small budget)

Facebook // Website is under construction (you can still view the old one here, however)

BUT SERIOUSLY. friends who are more than willing to let me photograph you, get at me. know people who just got engaged? getting married? send them my way!

it seems a lot of cities are following the lead of NYC and occupy wall street. not all of us can just up and leave our lives and go to new york to support this protests, so i think it’s good cities like mine, and others and starting their own branch to make a change at a level closer to home. if enough people can fix smaller problems in their home cities and states, maybe wall street and dc and all the other people who make the rules will notice that something actually has to be done, and that there are people willing to stand up for a change all over the place, not just in a city like new york..
anyway, if you live in columbia, go like and follow Occupy Columbia. if you don’t live in columbia, see if your city has it’s own branch. get informed, read the news, and actually help our generation make a difference. WE are the ones who are going to be affected by tax issues, the lack of social security, the fact that most people ignore the importance of public education. nothing is going to get better if we all just wait for someone else to do it.
